Request Account and Data Deletion

App: MoMoAlbum · Developer: CodeLabTiger · Effective date: August 4, 2026

When you delete your MoMoAlbum account, your account information and data created in the app are processed together. Deletion is irreversible.

Delete Directly in the App

Open the MoMoAlbum app and sign in.
Open the My Info tab at the bottom.
Tap Account Management.
Select Delete Account and confirm as instructed.

Once confirmed, deletion is processed immediately without a separate approval process.

Request by Email

If you cannot access the app, you may make a request at the address below. For identity verification, send the request from the email address of the social account used to sign up.

Data Retained and Retention Period

After the retention period, the data is destroyed so that it cannot be recovered. Photos and videos copied to another album and still viewed by other members are those members’ data and are excluded from deletion. For details, see the Privacy Policy.

Delete Some Data Without Deleting the Account

You can keep your account and delete only photos, videos, or comments you uploaded.

Tap the photo or video you want to delete to open it full screen.
Tap ⋯ More on the right.
Select Delete. For comments, use the same method from the comment’s ⋯ menu.

Deleted photos and videos are immediately hidden from other members, and stored originals are destroyed within 30 days. If you make a request by email, tell us which items you want deleted at the contact address above; we will process it within 7 business days.

Things to Know

Photos and videos uploaded by other members to an album you created are their data and are not deleted.
If you have a subscription, please cancel it first in the App Store or Google Play before deleting your account. Deleting the app account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
